I learned this from using FREE ISP's. Just wanted to share it here. There are several important E-Mail Newsletters offered by Web-Sites on a wide range of topics ranging from Personal Interest to Professional.
However, I was very reluctant to subscribe to them as I was afraid of getting too much E-Mail or Spam. For this a good solution is to sign up for a separate free Web-Based (not POP) E-Mail service. Sign for all the Newsletters at this E-Mail address. This makes it very easy/convenient to manage all these E-Mail Newsletters. Personally, I found this very useful.
There is no need to search for important mail among all these. All important mail can be still conveniently got by POP.
(As an aside when posting on the Internet it is better to use a third Web-Based E-Mail address. Often spammers collect E-Mail addresses from UseNet Postings.) |
