I have performed a clean install of Winxp Pro Sp3 on a pc (while I await
repair of my main pc with Vista).

I have installed several additional software programs and x.bat files.

When I execute these programs in a limited account I need to have the
'run as administer' option appear for me to complete. This option does
not appear for several of the programs I installed (only 'OPEN'). I don't
understand why the option appears for some but not others.

The Secondary Logon Service is turned on and starts automatically. I
tried Microsoft's MR FIXIT program, but it did not do anything.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
