Anyone know anything about Opera 5.01 for Windows or Neoplanet 5.2? Since I value your opinions, I thought I'd ask before I downloaded it. Thx :p

Opera works great, I am using the 5.1 version and it works just fine and much faster than other browsers.

NEOPLANET is small dinky download with inferior java I read.OPERA is a paid browser with dinky free sampler that is joke. 5.0 Explorer and Netscape 4.76 are 2 I use and Netscape is quicker of 2 to sites. Tried 6.0 Netscape and threw in towel and reinstalled 4.76. Tried 5.5 explorer and threw in towel AGAIN. Netscape 4.76 is at  http://www.tucows.com  Just punch in Netscape and download on to my download files/where-ever. It's a 22 meg download but it's worth the time.I hardly ever use explorer since my netscape also has mail that will work on my isp provider site(smtp code). It also has an aol messenger built in to browser even though I already had aol messenger. Messengers that are good are msn(works on hotmail,msn mailsites),yahoo(works on yahoo mail) and Odigo which works as a consolidation messenger and will combine aol,yahoo and icq plus it's also a messenger itself. AOL and yahoo jam ODIGO from time to time. ODIGO is at  http://www.odigo.com  Other messengers are Excite PAL,People Link and AOL's AIM. YAHOO,ODIGO&ICQ are only messengers that have an OFF-LINE message feature. ODIGO messenger will import all friends on yahoo,icq and aol messengers.If it doesn't you can add friends to ODIGO friend list manually.Browsers&Messengers are tricky but useful. thanx.clif

If want the new Netscape browser, but without the AOL junk, try Mozilla 0.6 at  www.mozilla.org.
