edited to reflect, sevenmidgets no longer offers free service in CA and metconnect numbers are currently correct as posted.
Thanks to a person who sent me a PM with additional information. Grin

Another person in CA, noticed I missed several access numbers under sdfree. I've now added the numbers.
fastfreedialup now includes parts of three additional Eastern states.

This site seems to keep up to date on the current limited free dialup ISPs

they list two access numbers. The same two for every state and the two numbers are a Nebraska area code so you'd be paying for long distance calls every time you dialed up.
