you have my total disrespect award!!!

used this isp approximately a year ago. under their old ownership, they gave you 300 hours a month. you could easy access your total number of hours used through their members link.

then the new owners took over. (yippee)

first, they took the members link off their website, so i called customer service to see if i could access my usuage info.

customer service said in so many words..."THIS IS A TOTALLY UNLIMITED ISP NOW. WE HAVE CUSTOMERS LITERALLY ON THE INTERNET 24 HOURS A DAY W/O US DISCONNECTING THEM."

about a week later, they suspended my account. i called c-support, and they said that i went over the 300 hour limit.

with no access to my usuage account anymore, and being lied to about their usuage policy, i decided to take this prime opportunity to tell the world that they...***!

and oh look...you get a whopping 120 hours a month now! (at least they have it posted now)

wouldn't subscribe to this isp again, because i can't trust them!!!
