The spam bots have been working overtime at Freedomlist. (There were 132 online the other evening.) Although the "pending" feature has helped keep the undesirable links from being visible by most members and visitors, removal of those posts has become a time-consuming job.
At this point, the only way around this issue is to require registration to post. This measure will not stop the spammers, but we are hopeful that it will slow them down.
Our apologies to those who do not wish to register at Freedomlist. This is not a step we wanted to make. Unfortuantely, at this time, it is our only option. We sincerely hope you register and continue posting at Freedomlist.
