So am I. I have to use my free Juno, which I am using now. I am going to check their site to see what's going on. At first, I thought it was on my end--modem, internet settings, etc. But it's not. _________________ Remember: we are all One under the Internet Sun!!!!

Also unable to login here after connecting to my usual dialup number in area code 443.
The problem might be isolated to one or more networks, after trying a different access number on a different network (Ziplink instead of CoreTel) I was able to connect to All2easy. |

| Good to know its not just me. I am having problems in the 417 area code. No answer from customer support to its a broad area problem not an isolated issue. |

I contacted Jim in administration and support. I would advice everyone who is having connecting problems to contact All2Easy ASAP.
This needs to be resolved soon. _________________ Remember: we are all One under the Internet Sun!!!!

| I am presently on-line with All2Easy. However, I must admit many of their access numbers do NOT seem to work. Log-on was somewhat slower but connection speed is normal. This seems to be the first network problem they have had so far. |

Back up here in area code 443. Received a response from Support. Rob said it was "...downed circuit this morning that was causing authentication issues".
This is the first outage I recall in almost two years. Good job All2easy!! |

We experienced an outage on a circuit that is used for our authentication servers. This is an SBC circuit that is no longer down, but is still experiencing some packet losses. SBC is sending out technicians in the field to locate and permenently repair this circuit. We hope to have this permenently resolved shortly. We have had this SBC circuit for over 10 years and have never had any problems with it, until now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Jim

Yes, I'm in SBC area code 618 and it is working again, except... Your website won't connect for me now:
http://www.all2easy.net/
Error Occurred While Processing Request
Error Diagnostic Information
An error occurred while attempting to establish a connection to the service.
The most likely cause of this problem is that the service is not currently running. You can use the 'Services' Control Panel to verify that the service is running and to restart it if necessary.
Windows NT error number 2 occurred.
Maybe you're working on it. The billing page has never worked for me. It gives an error message, then asks me to login again - nothing is changed, nothing sticks. I called yesterday to update my credit card info, and afterwards the credit card info appeared to be OK, but the billing address was botched in the process.

| Don't know about you but the connection lasted all of 30 minutes. I hope this is isnt' a long term issue. |

| Thanks for the info Jim. Looks like I can login via the Ziplink network, but my regular dialup number on CoreTel is not back up 100% yet, still get login errors. |

I'm in Michigan in 989 area code (SBC country). Keep getting error 718:
The computer you're dialing in to cannot establish a Dial-Up Networking connection.
Check your password, and then try again.
Got it this morning, worked briefly, then most of the afternoon. Tried various local dial in numbers. |
