Perhaps you are infected with the Sassaer virus as many users (globally) aer infected preventing access to their ISP. 30,000+ of our other customers have not had this problem Grin

Jim
Maybe you should learn how to set up and account.

One of the features we include that gets little attention is complete Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus filtering, over the past 3 days we have processed over 2 million email messages sent to our cusotmers. 1.8+ million were correctly blocked as SPAM and over 20,000+ viruses were blocked as well. Ask your ISP if they can do this at any price....

Jim
I'm wondering why this isn't included in your account description at  http://all2ez.net/services.cfm  ? It seems like this would be a good selling point.

Every isp I signed up for in the last 4 years had this fee listed in the ToS. Lets me know they make an attempt to shut down spammers, and the $200 helps pay for the time to undo the damages. And work to get off blacklists the spammer caused.

Jim, you've been throwing dust in face of a4less here in dallas. I think they've found the limits of their pipes to the subscibers in dallas, or might be some sbc strikers are playing with the ole att circuits;-) keep the data coming!

We are not a fly by night operation, in fact we have been in business for nearly 20 years. Keep in mind if this were a scam or a sham, you would have heard about it here on freedomlist in a matter of minutes.

What they offer sounds very good, and most of the reviews here sound good. But one thing that really gives me the chills is their terms of service agreement. Basically, if they decided that you violated it and close your account, they can charge you a $200.00 "handling fee," which will go directly on your credit card.

Not that I'm planning to violate the TOS agreement, but my scam-o-meter pegged when I read this. I just can't be comfortable doing business with these people.
This is a quite typical part some of the lower-cost ISPs' TOS. It is not unique to All2EZ.

Hello,

I've decided to toss in my nickel's worth of experience and observation with All2ez.

I have been with All2ez for the past 3 months almost and so far, 99% of the time I've had no problems connecting. I had a couple of questions regarding the webemail which now and then gives a error, but it's not a biggie. I have GOTTEN a response from their support with the couple of issues I had, and I am pleased indeed. For the money, it's worth every penny of it, and it's been a very good experience.

My question is: how long will this month rate last?

Best regards All2ez.

Some cheap ISPs are moving towards one or two dates in the month like  www.all2ez.net  or  www.stowetel.com  to bill users so you may not get a full month for the first initial month depending on when you first start service. Once on the billing cycle, everything should be OK. A small price to pay for these cheap ISPs that charge less than $5.00 and charge NO set-up fee!! In NO case will you get less than 20 days for the first month.

Correct you are. Will bill upon initial signup, then typically 5 days prior to your billing aniversary you are billed again. So it is concevable to see two charges on one credit card statment. In any case, the 2 charges credit your account for 2 FULL months.

For those who signed up with all2ez earlier in the month, did you get charged again at the end of the month?

I was charged the initial month's fee on April 8th, and then was charged again on April 28th...was expecting 30 days before the next month's charge.

OK OK, I might have been a little harsh. I'm able to log back on. So support has cured whatever the problem was.

Thank you ALL2EZ support. Grin

After only a few days of subscribing, it appears that I have been locked out. Since this afternoon, I'm no longer able to Log On, or access my email account. I'm on the net a lot doing research and watching the Stock Market. Don't they claim UNLIMITED USE?
Fortunately I have a backup ISP which I'm using now. Email to support got NO REPLY. I guess it was too good to be true. You pretty much get what you pay for. There's no free lunch OR super cheap ISP that one can really depend on!

FTP does not work. Please fix it.

Update:

Brian at All2EZ fixed it after a couple of e-mails. Fast responce. Thanks Brian.

I put up a quick pic of a friend  http://members.all2ez.net/jconrad

BTW, if you need a news server, get a free account (after $4 setup) at  www.teranews.com.  It's way better than the one at access4less. So for $5/m, you have a complete ISP with All2EZ.

The main advantage access4less has is online account management and extra e-mail addresses. No web space tho.

They respond to . does not always work. They say they are working on it. The primary domain for them is all2ez.net. They also said they fixed the website to reflect that.
