i have been on the service for almost a month now and havent had the first problem with it. emailed support once and they responded in less than 20 minutes. cant beat that!
very happy with my service and I plan to stay awhile.

One point I forgot to mention: the prorated refund is
not provided for in the Terms of Service, but it is our
policy to issue refunds when service is no longer
accessible to the customer via local calls.

I''m sorry that the former customer feels we did not
provide honest service. My records show that he
initiated a couple of support requests that were
answered and resolved promptly. Due to
circumstances that were beyond our control, we lost the
local access number that was being used by this
customer earlier this month, and he requested
cancellation. His credit card was subsequently refunded
for the remainder of the month. We are very serious
about providing honest, reliable service, and any
suggestions as to how to further this goal are taken
very seriously.

Dont even think about my father got screwed,its a
scam.He finally got hooked up with walmart connect
and is happy with there service,same as aol,problem
was that if u dont already have a connection u have to
call for a cd or have someone burn it for u kind of tricky.

Just rechecked the T.O.S. and the extra hourly rate is
$1.75 over 150 hours of use. This fact alone is enough
to discourage my signing on to the service.

T.O.S. states a charge of $1.50 beyond 150 hours
usage.....just curious if this actually occurs.
Haven''t tried the service, since, as I was about to
register, I noticed this little gem in the Terms of Service.
