Ive tried Liberty Bay, PeoplePC, Aaris and PeoplePC came out on top. Liberty Bay used to be good but their backbone provider changed some of there numbers into crap ones. I'd like to know if anyone has a cheap isp that uses microsoft or stac compression ( make sure enable software compression is enabled and look under details when you double click on your connection ). This is really good for your ping and since I'm a big gamer this helps. Liberty Bay has microsoft compression but now there isp is slower than crap since they changed their numbers.
