problem sending e mail...

Hi,

U have troubles sending e mail, I use hotmail and PPC. When I am ready to send the e mail I type, at the same moment my computer signs off. I can browse the net but when I am sending e mail, it disconnects. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanns

Are you using Hotmail's web interface or Outlook Express?

sounds to me like you have your settings wrong.
I use Outlook Express and in Tools, Options, Connection there is a box to check or uncheck for automatic hang-up.
Give a looksee and tell me if this helps

Might be a bit trickier to track down the problem. Which version of Hotmail are you using. Mine is incorporated into MSN Explorer.
