Cannot reply in Hotmail. Outlook Express does not connect w

First I find that my Outlook Express will not connect to my Hotmail account and then when I go to the website to handle my mail, I find that I can't reply to mail. When I try to write the reply, the browser crashes.

Does anybody have any idea what the poblem is with my account?

There are a couple Outlook Express newsgroups. I can get them from Microsoft even though my (free) ISPs don't offer newgroups.

I thinkyou can sign up for them in Outlook Express. (It's been so long, I don't remember.) Or go to the Microsoft site for more info.
