I have a tablet called Nextbook. Screen is very bright and glows on face.
There is only one app called Screenfilter from google I think but it needs to download google apps etc., I tried a screen protector from $ store but it is no good. Any other suggestions ?
Thanks. _________________

Hi, Vijay.
Although this FAQ addresses the opposite of what you want to do, check to see if this option is available.

Thanks. I tried this already, even the lowest setting is too much for brightness. _________________

Vijay, I don't have an Android device (tablet or any kind of smart phone). However, I believe that is likely the best source for apps for your Nextbook.
In addition to Screen Filter, which appears to be the highest rating, another is close, Dimmer ( Night Mode ).
I suggest you read all the comments for those as well as any other related apps before deciding. _________________ Freedomlist.com (March 1, 2000 - 2013)

| I use ScreenFilter. It does exactly what I want. It can make the screen as dim is you want, dim enough to be comfortable in a pitch black room. |
