| I saw on the news about a small city in southwest (I think it was) Virginia that may be offering free internet-service to all their residents soon. Seems the city government is in the process of obtaining internet-service for all/most city-government services (including at least fire and police). So when this is finalized, then they plan to extend this free-internet acess to all of the city's residents too. |

| Will NEVER happen. Has been attempted many times without success because too costly and too political!! So dream on. |
