Does anyone know if there is any way to cancel Netzero via snail mail? I'd rather do it this way than do it via the phone.
Thanks! |

actually there should be a way to do it directly online. Last time I checked you just look at your "account" info on the main netzero page and there is an option to cancel. Easy and quick.

| Netzero cancellation is so ridiculous I would recommend not using the service unless you plan to for the rest of your life! I switched to a cable modem, so wanted to cancel.... you can't do it online (so stupid) so you have to call them, get put on hold for ten minutes, and then be badgered by someone for whom English is a second language --- until the point I was screaming at him and ended up hanging up on him! They will not take no for an answer and keep trying to offer you new services no matter what you say. It was the most idiotic customer service I have ever experienced! Save yourself the hassle. DON'T USE NETZERO!!!!!! |

| NetZero also installs a bunch of spyware to your computer and can really screw it up royally. I know from experience a couple of years ago. Had to take mine in and have it all cleaned off. Stay away from NETZERO. |
