I have used Libero while travelling in Italy during each of the past three years--2002-04 The sign-up and the download of their software is easy and fast, and in country access is usually always available. Only a few times were their access lines busy for a while. Libero should only be used if you are in a town for which they provide a local access number. Otherwise you will incur long distance phone charges to the closest town with an access number. These charges can mount rapidly. Otherwise a good ISP.
