call the cs/tec line more than 5 times you will be baned and your phone line blocked. Get the 30 day 120 hr plan and use more than 100 hr they will harass you

I have been using this isp for a year - it's great because you only pay for the time you use....and the minutes you buy are good for one year from the date you buy them...not good for people who are on a lot....but they also have a 9.95 a month plan. So far it has been very good, haven't been dropped and no freeze-ups.

I've had Budget Dial-Up For 3 months now and only been dropped 2 times.I get through on the first dial up every time.
They have a timer in the Task bar so you can keep tabs on your time.Also they have an 800# for tech. support and a easy web page to look through.I've tried a few other cheap ISP's and this one is really a WINNER.

I signed up with them for the 10 hours/$3.95 plan, because I want to have a ISP to back up my regular ISP. $3.95 for 10 hours was the cheapest I found among the companies that offer this type of account, that is, for 10 hours that can be used over a 12 month period.

Signing up with them was very easy and quick. They only required a name, address and cc information. I was literally able to get on line and surf the net with them in minutes.

Since it is, at this point, my back up, I have only used it a few times, and then only for a short duration each time. However, I can say, that I had no trouble connecting, and I found the connections speeds to be the same as my regular ISP provides.

I use DUN to get connected, but if you wish, you can download software for a dialer. Instructions for each method
are provided on their site.

What also attracted me to this ISP, along with their price, and convienient account options, was that they have a really well put together website. I easily found all the information I needed.

So far, everything seems very professionally done, they seem very customer friendly and it works!
