Great online documentation, although it was written for 28Kbit modems originally. Mostly have old worn-out modems, as it can take multiple times to connect to a "good" modem. The KFLEX V92 standard is the only 56KB/sec standard supported, which can cause a lot of initialization string configuration of your modem to get reasonable 56K performance. After turning off all modem error checking and compression protocols, downloads can be 5KB/sec or better. Uploads never go above 1.5KB/s for very long, and will tend to "hang" FTP software after only uploading 1MB or less.
