Two weeks ago, I called customer support and actually got through! I expressed my concern of not being able to log on for hours or days upon end. I was told there was a problem and that the "traffic dialing to the hub" was overwhelmed. I was told that I was receiving Error 691 because communication was not being connected to ElPaso. Wasn't that just a bunch of smoke being blown up my, after that call I haven't been able to log on for a week. I have tried calling back numerous times, all I get is the answering machine telling me their hour of business and then another recording informing me that their mail box is full and -goodbye- . After using our neighbors internet, I logged on to worldlinkisp.com and found a notice that they have dropped Networks B,C & D. Being paid up til Dec with a credit standing on top of that, I know that I have been screwed out of that. Why didn't he tell the truth that a whole lot of us were being dropped? One way of making an evil buck! I suppose that is what I get for subscribing to a cheap ISP, back yard service run by amatuers. -Sincerely Disgusted -
