Title: avoid this ISP: 1access.net

warning: you will have to cancel your credit card to cancel service with this isp (1access.net). i have tried 3 times, but they still charged the monthly fee. i finally canceled my credit card-hope it works!

Excellent service. Fast connections. I always hook up at 50.6 and never get dropped.

I 'ved used this ISP for a couple years now and although they have changed a good deal of access numbers to 150 or 200 hours, there are still enough unlimited ones too.

Users on wanadoo.fr and other European ISPs have
been unable to get e-mail through to my 1access.net.
The ticket I opened 1+ month ago on 1access customer
support site has been left unanswered...

Yeah, I just got word of the price increase and they
have totally lost me forever. There is no justifiable
reason to go from 4.95 to 16.95. The value of a happy
customer never entered their minds.

Just received my letter from AT&T.
AT*T $4.95 a month plan for 150 hours is going to
$10.95 for 50 hrs. I uninstalled AT&T from my PC.
As a retired AT&T engineer, after 35 years with them,
I called and unsubscribed.
They have lost my respect.

Att i495 has a toobar. Read att''s requirements for i495 service. while 1access does not use a toolbar, just win DUNN , no ads to pop up , no annoying toolbar

Their policy states that you have a maximum of 150 hours per month. If you exceed, then you can pay another $5.00 for the balance of the month. AT&T Worldnet would be better with the same 150 hour limit but for $4.95 per month
